Welcome to the Brooklyn Women's Bar Association.

It is an honor and privilege to serve as President of this extraordinary organization for
the 2026–2027 term. I am grateful for the opportunity to lead alongside our dedicated
officers, directors, delegates, members, and community partners as we build upon the
BWBA's proud legacy of leadership, service, and excellence.

As the daughter of Haitian immigrants, a public servant, and a proud member of the
BWBA, I understand the power of mentorship, opportunity, and community. Throughout
my career, I have benefited from leaders who invested in my growth, and I remain
committed to creating those same opportunities for others.

This year, our theme is Elevate. Empower. Excel. Our work will be guided by three core pillars: Leadership, Service, and Excellence. We will cultivate future leaders, strengthen our connections within the legal and broader community, and continue to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

I invite you to become actively involved in the BWBA. Whether you are a seasoned
practitioner, a member of the judiciary, a new attorney, or a law student, your
participation strengthens our organization and expands our collective impact.
